Membership in the International Society of Life Settlement Professionals is open to any company or individual who can demonstrate their appropriate involvement in the life settlement industry. Companies or individuals belonging to the following business categories are eligible: life settlement originator, life settlement provider firm, life expectancy underwriter, actuarial service firm, life settlement fund, life settlement special purpose vehicle, investment marketing, law firm, (multi)-family office, insurance company, pension plan and/or pension fund, asset manager, portfolio manager, financial advisory USA insurance commissioner, national or international regulatory agencies.
